Licensed since 2020, Stephanie combines real estate experience with a diverse professional background that strengthens her ability to guide clients through important decisions. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University, a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from University of Kentucky, where she also competed as a Division I softball player. Her academic and athletic experiences helped develop the work ethic, resilience, and communication skills she brings to every client relationship.

In addition, Stephanie has served six years in the United States Army, including a combat deployment to Iraq in 2024. Her military service has reinforced the values of accountability, attention to detail, and dedication to service that guide her professional approach.

Having grown up in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, Stephanie maintains a deep appreciation for the region's communities and landscapes. Stephanie's market knowledge spans Morris, Somerset, Warren, Sussex, and Essex Counties. Currently, she resides in the Ironbound District of Newark in a historic row home that has given her personal insight into the potential and challenges that can come with renovation investments.
